Hey I just read on yahoo that Dakota Fanning might be in Twilight 2, Iam guessing she will be playing Jane, anyone have any guesses? Also I really hope they keep the same cast. Too many times movies are ruined because they do not cast the same people for the roles. Iam on the 4th book now and I guess Iam addicted!! I cant wait till Nov 20 2009 ( a day before my bday!) to see the new movie!!

twilight cast...
ok, everyone hates the movie from what i've read. the scenes weren't top noch but it is a movie, u can't watch a book completely theirs a whole picture of other viewers too. but some say the cast isn't right, my friend has been a bitch about it but i think wrong, they r on cue. and edward he is perfect. so if u have a hate for the cast i can't see it but the movie could have been inhanced.

twilight cast
the books were perfectly written. although new moon was a generic version of the hills/interview with a vampire. people who think the cast was great are terribly stupid. the book was nothing to obess over. even though it was good. (the saga i should say) but, back to the horrible casting. you get a scrawny little boy to play jacob? are you serious? a crappy actor at that. in the movie bella is to mature &old looking. same with alice. edward, the heartthrob came from the harry pothead series? really. LAME! just because its a scrawny pale boy that is all you can get?
LOW BUDGET ACTORS FOR A BESTSELLER??!!??!!
the anticipation for this movie is a let down. laurent is black so it doesnt seem racist. stephenie did a great job with the saga. minus breaking down. (only good part was the last chapter..) kudos to you kid.
im just really disappointed if stephenie picked the cast she should have done a better job. a 10yr old could have done better. in all honesty this was a horrible movie. if ure going to make a movie after a book. its not hard to follow. i could script it out exactly as the book. with a better cast.

about twilight
about the movie:
a big waste of time. if you got something else to do, then just do it.
i just saw the Daily 10 and i heard the movie critique (i forgot his name) and he said that the movie wasn't for him. there are no impressive graphics and there were a LOT of UNNECESSARY stares.. hehe..
i thought he was exaggerating.. but he was actually being polite. the movie wasn't really good as i thought it would be.. it could've been better..
and its frustrating because soem people keep on saying that it's no match with the book (which is entirely true).
but the book was not needed to figure out that the movie wasn't as great as others here are saying.
it was a lame movie with or without the book.
It didn't made sense.
there was no love.. passion.. desire..
it didn't even made it to a single nominee to the Oscars.
the reason why a lot of people watched it was because of the book.
the casts:
alice's casting was done well. she was really pretty.. she looked like exactly the Alice Cullen i had in my mind when i read the novel..
robert tried his best... good thing he was good looking.. but that's all. 4 out of 10 with regards to his performance as Edward.
kristen.. oh my god.. what happened to her? she seems to be more flirtatious with Rob off screen. she failed miserably portraying Bella! she was like a walking stick in the movie..
who the hell casted that girl? were they drunk when they gave her the role?
the other vampires? well, i couldn't remember any of them.. they were forgetful so who cares.. hehe..
the soundtracks:
the baseball scene was good.
but i was a bit disappointed when Pharamore sang the OST.
there were other BIG rock bands out there.
Twilight deserves a much better soundtrack than that..
ALL in ALL:
twilight = time wasted.

twilight - a perspective
Ive read all the books. No book is perfected into a movie. I think people need to get their heads around that. The movie just helps bring the characters to life. Its one persons interpretation and of course filmed to appeal to all audience types and will be marketed/edited accordingly.
The movie itself didnt have a huge budget - hence the screenwriter, director, actors etc seem like a let down (not to me at all, but for some). Perhaps with a bigger budget and bigger company behind the film (like Universal) the movie may have surpassed more expectations.
Im grateful that a company took enough interest in the books to try and even attempt to bring it to life. Thank you Summit! As a fan of the books I appreciate that!
I adore the two main leads Robert and Kristen and think they were cast to perfection. They worked well will the lines/scenes provided and their chemistry is how I imagined Edward and Bella in my mind reading the books.
I am thankful with the success of Twilight because it can pave the way for perhaps a higher budget and more experienced film writers/directors and effects that could bring the sequels to life with more accuracy and appreciation.
I am not disappointed at all. A book is a book. A movie is a movie. The movie gave me a lot of entertainment and 'some' satisfaction for what I love about the book. Good fun!!!
