I finished reading Vampire Diaries 1 and 2 last week upon the recommendation of a friend who felt sorry for me reading the Twilight Saga so much. Here's my TOP reasons for liking Twilight better in no particular order: 1. Vampires sparkle in Twilight. That's a cool feature. 2. Fangs are scary (as in Vamp. Wars) 3. Robert Pattinson is...well...quite easy on the eyes. 4. Twilight has such a nice sense of family values (Cullens are a nice family) 5. Romance of Twilight is more appealing. 6. Characters are more endear ing in Twilight. Who doesn't love Alice? 7. Book 2 of Vamp Diaries left me wanting to stop reading the rest ot it. Evil was winning. 8. Vampire Diaries (TV series) is copying Twilight quite a bit with "the stare" of Stefan. Even the high school looked the same. The main female character is now burnette compared to blonde as in the VD books. What's with that? 9. Bella 10 Edward 6 out of 6 found this valuable. Do you? |

OOPS...what a blunder. Correct my #2 to Vamp Diaries...not Vamp Wars. I'm sure Vampire Wars...if there is such a thing...wouldn't be as good as Twilight either though.

Because it is the best love story ever and it shows that Vampires are like humans, some are good and some are bad. But most importantly EDWARD CULLEN AND JACOB!

the intensity of the characters is just addicting and so tempting to get them to be true in real life!and ofcourse! EDWARD CULLEN and BELLA SWAN! modern day romeo and juliet! we could relate to them except for the Vampire part! LOL 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Twilight has depth and is entrancing. Vampire Diaries is very unrealisitc, there are very few entanglements that could rly happen. Whereas Twilight involves humans and werewolves and all sorts of other creatures. Vamp Diaries is very......well, lets put it this way. Very one dimensional, but Twilight covers multiple dimensions.Besides, two words: JACOB BLACK (i thought he deserved a reason himself, because Edward is Always mentioned.)

twilight is better because of the fierce relationship edward has with Bella, and how edward has to risk everything to protect her. one slip can kill bella. he watches over her and makes sure nothing in the world can hurt her.

my fav reson is cuse edward has met his "singer" who is the person its near impossible 2 nnot kill but he fights it and in the end he and bella-the singer-get a kid who is rennesmee and happly ever after the end!!!!

Twilight is the ultimate mix of romance....heroism....betrayal...soul searching... infatuation...twists and turns....I am the ultimate 'horror' movie fundi...But I was surprised and intrigued by the movie that I bought the dvd....and watched it over and over..I still cannot get enough... Twilight has surpassed all of my expectations.. The other movies need to get onto circuit asap.. Do you find this valuable? |

No your wrong Twilight sucks and Vampire Diaries when you going to get it through your tough noggin there is nothing that sparkle vampires got on the vampires with fangs people. VAMPIRES HAVE FANGS. come look at holloween things the vamps do not sparkle when have they when Meyer sucked at her writing

Last time i checked Vampire Diaries came out first and guess what the school scene came first and meyer copied LJ smith who knows how to write. come on where have you seen a new lead in a story take place. when you start a series in first person you can't change it to third person or add a new first person. i am writer and i know that it makes the reader confused its not cool and its what people call a cop out. you can't start one way and end another cause it makes more sense stick to one thing. and you want the top 10 reasons for vampire diaries here they are.1. Jeremy Gilbert 2. Elena Gilbert 3. plot 4. vampires with fangs they're cool 5. not sparkling 6. its not predator and prey dating (shes changed early on not last book 2nd book) 7. vampires are not parents 8. Steven R. McQueen 9. Stefan Salvatore 10. vampire can change into black hawks. come on real vampires change they don't glide like Edward Do you find this valuable? |
