Forever Chocolate Romance - Chapter 5: To Tell or Not To Tell?
''Are you ok,Kyra?'' Bill asked
''Yeah. I'm fine. Bill,can I have a minute by myself?'' I ask
''Sure''
''I'll be right back.''
I'm so confused. I can't think of what choice to make. Tell Bill about what happened at the mansion? Or keep it a secret and just lie to him? I know that he's my boyfriend,but I'm not exactly sure if telling him that I'm part of a vampire family is a good idea. What if he doesn't love me anymore? What if my older siblings and relatives forbid me to see him again? Or worse...what if he becomes afraid of me? This is a very tough choice. I'm not a liar. Bill always accepts me for the way I am,he trusts me, he is a good listener,and he can totally keep a secret. Ok. I'm going to tell him. Then, I walk back over to Bill.
''Bill. There's something that I need to tell you.''
''What is it?''
''You know those people who took me away?''
''Yeah. What did they do to you.?'' he asked
''Nothing. They're vampires. They turn out to be my real relatives. They told me that my older brother and sister part of the family of them. They also said that they gave up their immorality and kept it from me all my life after my parents had mysteriously disappeared. I didn't believe them at first, but then they had a portrait of a girl as a vampire, And that girl is me. I'm one of the vampires.''
''A-Are you serious?''
''Yeah. It's the truth. They were totally-'' Then,I was interrupted by Uncle Chance
''Young one, I completely forgot something.'' And then he bites me on my neck.
''Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'' I scream,while in pain
''Kyra!'' Bill screams
And then,I open my eyes to look ay my reflection in the lake. My skin is white,my eye color is now red and I have fangs. My lips are blood red and I see a silver moon pendant on my neck. I have been transformed into a vampire. And then while looking at Bill,I notice that my uncle is gone.
''Bill, I-''
''Look,Kyra,it's ok. Even though that you're a vampire now and forever. I still love you. I still want to be with you.''
And then, I smile. ''Thanks for understanding'' I say while smiling. ''Let's go home now''
''Ok, but there's something that I want to do first.''
Then,he pulls me into his arms and kisses me. i begin to feel his fingers through my hair. I guess that our third romantic midnight wasn't all messed up.
